The records are in Near Mint condition. They both look new, shiny and free from any marks at all. The only reason I am not grading this higher is that there is the very very occasional click and pop.

The sleeve and insert, which gives details of track list and broadcast dates, are both in EX condition. the sleeve has just the slightest amount of ringwear.

Absolutely superb copy.
