The majority of the records I offer are not new and most will show normal signs of use. Describing the condition of such an item is extremely difficult and I will use the International Record Grading system (as specified below).

Record Grading

Mint (M) Absolutely perfect in every way – never played, possibly still sealed.

Near Mint (NM) A nearly perfect record. Record most carefully used, with little to no or appearance of previous handling.

Very Good Plus (VG+) Record most carefully used, with little to no appearance of previous handling.

Very Good (VG) Record shows some light usage, with a very few moments of intermittent surface noise possible.

Good (G) Record with just a few moments of surface noise, possible light scratches and scuffs, with no prolonged instances of surface noise.

Jacket grading

Mint (M) perfect in every way – may still be sealed.

Near Mint (NM) A jacket showing little to no wears, with no marks on front or back. Seams, spine, corners are not worn to any degree.

Very Good Plus (VG+) A jacket that shows only light wear - assume good corners, edges and spine and reasonably fine appearance.

Very Good (VG) A jacket that shows reasonable respect in handling... light shelf wear can be expected, but no damage to the structure of the jacket.

Good (G) Jackets may have seam split repairs, or small seam split, corner and edge wear can be more obvious. Some LP's in this category have pretty good looking jackets, just edge & seam wear.
