Our Shipping and Handling charges are determined by the item's weight and packaging dimensions. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping charges. Packages to Canada and US are shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel, which takes an estimated 6 - 10 business days to arrive (for continental Canada and US) and includes a tracking number and insurance. International items are shipped via Canada Post international surface parcel, which takes 2 weeks - 2 months to arrive and is covered by insurance.

The item will be shipped within 3 business days of confirming payment, and a confirmation mail with tracking number will be sent subsequently.

We are not Responsible for duty or brokerage fees.

Local Pick-up:
Please contact us at info@auctionbuddies.ca for pickup. We are located around Markham Road & 16th Avenue in Markham.

ALL local pick-ups will be charged 15% sales tax and MUST be paid for in advance via PayPal.

Payment

Auction Buddies accepts payment through PayPal and international money order ONLY. Paypal payments can be made to info@auctionbuddies.ca. If you are sending through money order, please notify us in advance. The money order should be made out to "Auction Buddies Inc." and can be sent to:

Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the auction end date, and all PayPal transactions must be made within this time period. If we do not receive a notice of payment by this date, a Non-Paying Bidder Dispute will be filed through eBay.

Return Policy

All items are sold as described in the above listing. Auction Buddies only accepts retunrs on items that are not as described in their respective listing. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving to request a refund. The item will be inspected upon receipt and a refund (for the item and original shipping cost) will be provided within 5 business days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Sales Tax

In Canada:
Auction Buddies charges sales tax based on the applicable federal and provincial sales tax rate.

All Canadian residents must pay 7% GST. Ontario residents must pay an additional 8% Provincial Sales Tax on top of the 7% GST for a total tax rate of 15%.

American & International buyers do not pay any sales tax.
