That is the very rare 12" vinyl "Running free – live" Mispressing Germany.
The A-side is normal and plays the tune "Running free – Live". The B-side has a normal label mentioning the tunes "Sanctuary & Murders in the rue Morgue Live", but the disc doesn't play Iron Maiden, but 4 "latino music with acoustic guitar" tunes. I know neither the artist name, nor which band plays. 
 
The singularity of this disc is that it was really sold like that. A small amount of these maxi-singles were mispressed and marketed so. Most of them have been returned by the shops, but some copies have escaped the controls and went to collectors' hands. 
This disc is known by some Iron Maiden collectors, but very few had an opportunity of seeing it for real. 
 
It may happen that some discs have small processing mistakes on labels or titles, but it is the only Iron Maiden vinyl that I know with such a huge mistake. 
 
The cover has been slightly dented on the top and has a small mark. The vinyl is in an absolutely perfect state.
