Iron Maiden ~ The First Ten Years (Up The Irons)

~ Limited Edition Box Set (20 x 12'' Records).

 

- This fabulous box set was released on EMI in 1990 and was only availble for purchse via mail order (and you had to send in tokens collected from record purchases.  i have two spare tokens which is unusually rare as you had to send them away im including them in this auction  you can see them in the picture below!). This has made it increasingly collectable and very scarce.

 

- The set consists of a sturdy top-opening card box which opens to reveal 10 x Gatefold Record sleeves. Each sleeve holds 2 x 12'' records. The sleeves feature fantastic 'Maiden' artwork.

 

- The box itself has no catalogue nos. - the 10 double-sleeves are numbered IRN 1 to IRN 10.

 

- The box is graded as VG. There is some scuffing at sides & edges of the lid.

 

- The sleeves are  MINT.

 

- The vinyl is MINT (looks unplayed).

 

- This is a really tremendous collector's item.
