Condition:  I would grade this record as Excellent+.  I am unable to play it but a visual inspection reveals only one or two very light graze marks.  There are no spindle marks around the hole, so has possibly only been played once or twice, if at all.  The sleeve I would also grade as Excellent+, being in perfect condition apart from some light creasing and ring wear.
