IRON BUTTERFLY - 2 Originals Of Iron Butterfly: Ball / Metamorphosis; Germany 1974, Atlantic Records ATL 80 003, 2LP promotional issue, gatefold cover.

'Originals Of' used to be a popular early '70's re-issue series in several European countries, featuring popular groups and artists like Led Zeppelin, Mothers of Invention, Yes and others. Because of limited press quantities and beautiful, individually designed gatefold covers, some editions are nowadays very sought after.                                                           For sale here is the hard to find '2 Originals Of' Iron Butterfly from 1974 with high quality German Altlantic Records pressings of 'Ball' and 'Metamorphosis'. This is also a very rare promotional copy with white Atlantic promo labels! Both vinyls are pristine, like new and unplayed - really nice. Great audio guaranteed. The gatefold cover - designed by Patrick v. Spreckelsen - is clean and without splits, writing etc.
