I pack very carefully and solidly with stiff LP mailers and 1 to 3 cardboard stiffener pads.
I also ship using the USPS Priority Mail shipping box,
and when I use that I also re-enforce the vinyl inside with extra cardboard stiffener pads.

I separate the vinyl from the LP jacket to prevent seam-splitting in transit.

I can fit 12 to 20 full-sized (12") records in the Priority Mail Flat Rate Box,
available for USA and International customers.
If you don't mind some of the 12" singles without their generic jackets, I can fit up to 24 full sized records inside,
sometimes even more if it's mostly un-jacketed singles.
I can also combine 7" records and 12" records in the Flat Rate Box as well.
