Description

You may wish to bid for the following vinyl LP:

Indian Summer

Welcome to an auction for a very rare & original condition LP. This LP is 37 years old and is in overall excellent shape & is one that doesn't come up for auction that much. This band from Coventry certainly falls very much in the category of 'Progressive Rock'. This was their only LP but is now a very rare & sort after item. So please read on...

Tracks: God Is A Dog / Emotions Of Men / Glimpse / Half Changed Again / Black Sunshine / From The Film Of The Same Name / Secrets Reflected / Another Tree Will Grow

Record Label Information: RCA Neon [NE3] / Stereo / 33rpm / Matrix No.s - Side 1: ZGBS 0491-3 / Side 2: Matrix: ZGBS 0492-3 / Made In England / 1971

Condition:

Vinyl - Excellent Plus

Play Grading to Record Collector Guidelines [see below]

Clean glossy labels / No evidence of spindle marks / Thick quality vinyl / One or two visible hairline marks show under lamplight / Apart from the odd pop & crackle here & there, I thought it played fantastically well / Vinyl is flat & warp free / Really nice mirror-like deep shine shows it has hardly been played

Sleeve - Very Good Plus

E.J. Day Group card gatefold sleeve / Clean condition / No writing, pen marks or coffee stains / Sharpish but slightly scuffed edges & nice-ish spine / One tear [20mm] but not obvious on inside left gatefold, this is the reason it's VG+ not EX- / No creasing as such / Bumped corners / Some storage & shelf rub / Both opening edges not ragged but a little dull / Comes with a sleeve protector / The black poly-lined inner is the original helped protect the vinyl, but has suffered a little creasing

Conclusion

This LP has been reasonably well looked after / There has been one owner throughout it's life, this I know / Please take a long hard look at my photos / Please look at my recent feedback...look at what my customers have said about other vinyl I have sold / I know how disappointed I have been when LPs I have coverted on eBay are a long way from the item described / Remember this is in excellent condition but it is not mint / If you did see this in a record fair you would get very enthusiastic about it / A blue chip investment for sure / If the buyer should not be happy with my assessment I am more than willing to refund in full once the LP has been returned

This auction starts at just £4.99 including free Post & Packaging to the UK, with no reserve & runs for 10 days
