Description

Up for sale is a rare original Italian pressing (RCA DPSL 10593) of Il Rovescio Della Medaglia's (RDM's)classic album entitled CONTAMINAZIONE. This copy has the original blue labels with the RCA logo printed in white to the left of the spindle hole. All of the songs are sung in Italian, and this album has a beautiful, laminated, gatefold cover.

CONTAMINAZIONE is one of the greatest Italian progressive rock albums of the 1970's. It is an ambitious, highly unique, concept album which tells the story of a man obsessed by the music of J.S. Bach. The atmospheric blend of tasty keyboards and heavy guitar lines is quite unlike anything which had ever come before. With each passing year, the original Italian language version of CONTAMINAZIONE has become increasingly more difficult to find.

On a grading scale of M-, EX, VG+, VG, G, and P the condition of this album is as follows:
