Ultrarare original 1969 Australian Single Release by IDLE RACE!
Record is in still very good Condition with some very fine little Hairlines, some light Scuffmarks as well as some expected light general Agewear discernable.
Vinyl is still very shiny. Labels are in still excellent Condition.
Single is housed in it's original Company Sleeve.
Extremely hard to find Single Release by the IDLE RACE which included JEFF LYNNE (later of ELO) featuring their Cover Version of MUNGO JERRY's 1969 Major Chart Topper
"In The Summertime"!
Interestingly, this Single was not released in either the UK or the US, only some Countries bothered to issue this Single which makes it so rare these Days!
Also, the IDLE RACE form an important Link to the ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA seeing that an earlier Incarnation of the Band included ROY WOOD (who went off to form THE MOVE) and his Replacement in the Band was JEFF LYNNE.
Therefore this Singe is quite an important Link to and for many ELO Collectors!
Besides, in this still quite nice Shape very hard these Days!
In this still quite highly collectable Condition a Single-Gem that should not be missed by any Record Collector of the IDLE RACE or THE ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA!
An essential Addition to any Collection of 60's POP Singles Rarities!
