1979 U.S. promo only record pressed in a very limited quantity. This is one of only a few of these pressings made.


Over the familiar track of Ian Dury’s “Reasons To Be Cheerful, Pt. 3” is a similar overdubbed rap vocal reciting all the names of the people who worked for Stiff’s distributor and promo team at Epic Records – somehow managing to make the name rhyme with the beat.


“Reasons for promotion – E/P/A” is the chorus chant. E/P/A is Epic/ Portrait/ Associated Labels.
