While most of our customers agree with our grades, we realise it is a subjective issue and opinions differ. If you are unhappy with the condition of any record you simply return the record (at your cost) within 14 days of receipt and we guarantee to refund the full amount of your payment.
Le condizioni d'uso , o meglio la gradazione dei vinili è fatta visivamente . I dischi vengono visualizzati sia sotto la luce del giorno e sotto una luce alogena da 1 persona per mantenere la coerenza. Mentre la maggior parte dei nostri clienti sono d'accordo con i nostri voti, ci rendiamo conto che è una questione soggettiva e le opinioni divergono. Se non siete soddisfatti con la condizione di qualsiasi disco è sufficiente restituire il disco (a vostre spese) entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento e garantiamo il rimborso per l'intero importo del pagamento.
N.B. Make it clear that I will not have a professional seller and who are less experienced professional sellers, that the conditions of use or better grade vinyl is made only visually. The discs are displayed both in daylight and under a halogen light from one person to maintain consistency.
While most of our customers agree with our votes, we realize that the gradation is a subjective matter, and opinions sometimes diverge. If you are not satisfied with our gradation of any disk simply return the disc within 14 days ( at your expense) of receipt and we guarantee a refund for the full amount of the payment.
Also if you get satisfied with your purchase we are grateful if you insert many beautiful starlets, on the contrary if you are not happy do not be impulsive not you issue suffered a negative and harmful (it takes 1 year before a negative judgment disappears from the total count of our ratings ) because we are ready to accommodate you in any way as long as you remain happy you always remaining in the canons of fairness and healthy relationship buyer-seller.

Inoltre se rimanete soddisfatti dell'acquisto vi siamo grati se inserirete molte belle stelline, al contrario se non siete soddisfatti non siate impulsivi non emettete subito un giudizio negativo e dannoso ( ci vuole 1 anno prima che un giudizio negativo scompare dal conteggio totale dei nostri feedback ) perchè siamo pronti ad accontentarvi in qualsiasi modo purchè voi rimaniate contenti sempre rimanendo nei canoni della correttezza e del sano rapporto acquirente-venditore.
