Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Media Mail. Ebay applies tax.
DISK: From a collector's vault, an old Howlin' Wolf, one of the great and most authentic Blues singers. I am judging it solely by careful visual examination. Earlier in my record posting years, I might have called it NM, but since a few buyers have complained about tiny flaws, I have risked erring in caution. The record is bright and shiny with very clean labels as in pics. I am not seeing scuffs or deep scratches under close examination with light behind. I think I see a faint scratch or two on side 1. Side 2 has slight discoloration around the spindle hole suggesting side 1 was played.
Jacket: The jacket looks nearly perfect in front without creases or corner dings. Excellent color. The back is soiled along the edge, so maybe VG to VG+ for whole jacket. Judge from pics.
Authenticity: This version is on Discogs with side a runout being LP 1469 Side 1 U 11558 J-M 0179 ? (in circle) and side B showing LP 1469 Side 2 U - 11559 J-M. 0180 ? (in circle).

I listen to all 45rpm records and parts of any 33rpm that looks potentially damaged. I judge them according to Discogs standards and give the reasons for my rating so buyers can second guess me. My quality ratings are not certified in any way. If the difference between an original edition and a reissue is indicated by a tiny detail not shown on Discogs, Fosman or by another seller, I may not discover that. I sell in the belief that collectors of vintage records are more knowledgeable than me about what they collect and know what they are looking at. I am glad to answer any questions that could determine the authenticity of a version. Because collectors may know the true value of a record, while I do not, I start at a very reasonable price and let bidders set the true value, which is often much higher than I thought or much lower. If an item gets no bids after a while I discard it even though I originally thought it was worth something.
