Fellow audiophiles up for your consideration is an extremely rare and valuable pressing from the Chess Records catalog number CH 50002 Howlin" Wolf's "A Message to the Young". This was the newly formed labels second release, the first one was a Lightnin' Hopkins Another dimension. This is not a 2012 re-issue that is currently available and sells for under $20.00. These original analog pressings offer much more dynamic's than the modern digitally sourced lp's. (not looking to debate the issue please). If you have the proper hi-fi gear to play albums then you know what I am referring to. If you don't then just purchase a re-issue or even better a cd. But if you do place value on the quality of a vintage recording then this is a must own for any serious collector of the Blues genre. The albums condition is pristine as it has only been played once to transfer to tape. The shrink wrap is mostly in tact and has a promotional discount sticker and a small cut out in the upper right corner of the jacket (see photo #2). The inner sleeve is correct and in excellent condition also. I keep my records in a mostly dust free smoke free and climate controlled environment (not a warehouse).
