Up for auction is a hard-to-find 78 record by blues legend Howlin' Wolf. This album is on the famed Chess label, catalog #1575. One side is "Baby How Long?" and the other is the haunting "Evil Is Goin' On."
By Goldmine guide standards, I'm going to rank the vinyl as VG. There are a lot of surface scuffs and scratches (if you ask, I will send a detailed photo), but the tunes play without skips or a lot of popping. There is some surface noise. The label is in pretty good condition. There are a couple of small amber colored stains on the "Baby How Long?" side and a light scuff on the "Evil is Goin' On" side. Again, I regard a record like this as an investment, so if you want detailed photos, please don't hestitate to ask.
