This is a hard to find 45rpm by the North Dakota group Howie Butler & The Reflections on Gaity Records of Minneapolis, Minnesota.  The sound quality of this 45rpm on my home stereo is Very Good to Very Good+.  After I listen to the 45rpm on my stereo, I transfer it to my ION USB turntable and download it onto eBay.  There are no skips.  The Gaity label is in Very Good shape with an address label and the name of Howie Butler written in ink on the A side.

I clean my 45's with the Spin-Clean Record Washer System and listen to my 45's before I put them onto Ebay.  I will only sell 45's that are in very good to near mint condition and have a very good to near mint sound to them; just they way I would want my 45's to sound like.
