Shipment: Free shipping worldwide by Registered Air Small Packet (w/insurance), takes about 8 days to deliver.
In order to be insured, I put actual price on the invoice. In the case of custom inspection, buyer pays for import tax and custom clearance fee. But buyer can order me some other way.
Package will be in a 7' carton box.
Return will be accepted but if the reason of return is refuse to pay the import tax and custom inspection fee, the postage as $9 will be deducted from the price you payed. It is buyer's responsibility to pay tax. Recently, EU getting strict to charge VAT for import products and they will add custom clearance fee.
