HOT ROD CARAVAN / GRAND PRIX CARS AT SEBRING 2 LP RACING LOT
DESCRIPTION
Up for auction is a vintage Vinyl LP Record: Hot Rod Caravan NHRA Drag Racing Sounds. The front cover has a picture of Jack Chrisman in Mickey Thompson's twin-engine Pontiac dragster at Pomona 1962. On the back is a listing of what cars' sounds are on the record. It is a variety of locations the sounds were recorded at Atco, Detroit, Bonneville, Bakersfield, and Pomona. Includes the inside slip cover. From Battle. 96130.
Grand Prix Cars at Sebring is another killer car classic featuring 1959 sounds from a number of antique faves, including the original Ferrari.
GRADING
Hot Rod Caravan is in overall VG++ condition. Wax has almost no wear, with only a few smudges. Cover is clean and would rate ex if not for very minor ring wear as pictured and a few bits of edge wear. As is I go VG+
Grand Prix has clean cover and labels with a recessed line that you have to squint to see (I close up pictured it) dragging it down to VG leaning VG+. Wax is ex with orig sheen.
