Description

This is the original deep groove RVG-stamped “P”-pressing of Horace Silver “The Stylings of Silver” on the New York 23 labels of Blue Note BLP 1562.  Side A is in near-new condition, with a beautiful luster; Side B has three hairlines on the first track that create just a few light non-repetitive tics at the start of the track.  The laminated West 63rd St. cover is in excellent condition – bright and clean throughout; ¼” bump at the top right corner.  Personnel include Art Farmer, Hank Mobley, Teddy Kotick, and Louis Hayes.  $100.00.
