Description

Original deep-groove RVG-etched "P"-pressing of Horace Silver Quintet on the Lexington Avenue labels of Blue Note BLP 5058. Other than light, inaudible handling marks on Side 1, the playing surface is in excellent condition; perhaps played once or twice. The "frame" cover has very light rubbing on the font; ½" wear on bottom seam at the spine; ½" split on bottom seam at the opening; normal age toning on the back slick. Personnel includes Kenny Dorham, Hank Mobley, Doug Watkins, and Art Blakey.
