Record: Good. There are multiple scuffs, scratches and smudges that create heavy surface noise, including some skipping. There is some light spindle-wear and light discoloration on both sides of the label.

Cover:  Very Good+. There is a four inch split along the lower edge, and wear to the upper right hand corner.There is some writing in pencil on the back. There is some ringwear and a few discolored spots on both sides of the cover.

Deep Grooves on both sides of the label. Long playing microgroove!
