Unity Showcase by Horace Andy and Errol Scorcher
An original pressing from 1980 on 12 Star Records, K.B. 03A, Produced by K. Beckford. This album featured Sly Dunbar on drums, Errol Holt on bass, Gladston Anderson on piano, A. Collings on organ, Bongo Herman on progression, Bingy Bunny on rhythm guitar, Sowell on lead guitar, Tommy McCook and H. Bennett on horne, and Trammy on thrambone. Produced by Keeling Beckford, and arranged by K. Beckford, Pat Scabba, and Errol Holt. Album featured Mr. Babylon, Come on and Rock Me, and Tonight on side A, with Unity and Fruit of Love on side B. Horace Andy is a well-known reggae singer also known for his work with Massive Attack and Easy Star All-Stars, with Errol Scorcher also well known in the mid 1970's.
Album is in beautiful condition with no visible markings, bright and free from smudges. All of our reggae / roots albums listed now came from one collector who took meticulous care of his albums. The sleeve is still in the original shrink wrap with some scuffing at corners and light tanning along open edge where the white paper was exposed to the air. A superb copy of a rare album.
