1) Postage: UK shipping is NOT free as long as the UK Post Office continues to charge real money to send stuff. UK domestic postage will be built into the start price of all items (for NON-UK buyers shipping will be cheaper to accomodate this). If you buy many items we will refund the difference afterwards.
The price you pay will not increase - YOU PAY THE SAME AS BEFORE! The only difference is that sellers pay more fees.
2) Insurance: no longer allowed as an optional extra for shipping. However we can point out that cover for loss or damage is often part of premium shipping methods so please choose your shipping method with this in mind if you are worried about your valuable items in the post.

SHIPPING:
We normally ship items on Wednesdays. If your order is urgent, please let us know in advance and we can arrange a special visit to the Post Office.
PAYMENT:
Payment is by Paypal only! (eBay users without Paypal can no longer bid on our items).
Payment must be completed within 7 days of end of auction (or items may be re-listed). Please contact us before bidding if you need more time (we can make special arrangements!)
Please try to pay in ONE payment for multiple items. You may have to request an invoice update for this.
REFUNDS:
We refund only where we have made a mistake in the listing such as: Wrong item, item not as described, etc. If we have made such an error we will gladly refund you, but we will need to have the items returned. Please let us know before you do so. We do not automatically refund for accidental damage or loss in transit.
