Description

This is a group of four H.M.V. special label 'Spitfire Fund' wartime releases, some of which include, among the musicians, Stephane Grapelly, jazz violinist, and were recorded in May and June 1941. I do not think they have been transferred to modern media, so are probably of considerable interest both to Stephane Grapelly admirers as well as collectors of WW2 memorabilia. The condition of all four is excellent, with very little signs of playing, and with no scratches or damage of any kind on any side. Sale is for all four as one lot. Please note that on all labels printing is clear - blur is from poor photography.
