Description
Super rare original LP. 1st pressing on Specialty records.
The cover has some tape on the top from the previous owner, as well as someone's name crossed out on the back.
The bottom of the cover is split about halfway through the record.
No inner sleeve (I'll include a collector's grade sleeve).
The vinyl has marks and scratches visible throughout. Label looks great.
Side one sounds very good but there is surface noise and pops here and there you can hear.
Side two has something that affects part of "Having Some Fun Tonight", all of "Miss Ann" and the first part of "Oh Why". The rest of the side sounds fine, with surface noise and a few pops here and there. I think there's more surface noise on side B.
Considering the age of this LP, I'd grade the vinyl somewhere between Very Good and Good, including the issue (which causes a pop on a few songs) on side B. This is a great sounding pressing in general. Very cool. I'm not an expert in grading, so please ask any questions. I lightly used a simple Big Fudge record cleaner on it - pro cleaning might reveal even better sound.
