Description

This is the original 10” deep groove “P”-pressing of Herbie Nichols “The Prophetic, Volume 1” on the Lexington Ave. labels of Blue Note BLP 5068.  The playing surface is in near-new condition, with inaudible storage splotching; a few light tics at the start of the first track on Side 1; perhaps played once.  Similarly, the coated frame cover is in near-new condition – bright, clean and immaculate throughout – with sharp corners and unworn seams.  Personnel include Al McKibbon and Art Blakey.  $400.00..
