QRS Records # 1015 - Singin' In The Bathtub b/w Black Boy Blues by the Four Hawaiian Guitars aka "King" Bennie Nawahi - original pressing.

Record visually grades VG to VG+ w/ some very light scuffs & scratches - both sides play VG+ on my non-78-stylus-equipped lo-fi system. Labels show light spindle marks (see pics).
