AVG Condition - not mint, not near mint (perfectionists stay away)

Epic Records – LN 24177. Mono version. Goldmine value $80.00.
This is the original pressing of the album, on black vinyl.
Keith Relf, Jeff Beck, Jim McCarty, Paul Samuel-Smith and Chris Dreja.
The cover is in good condition. Strong, but some wear, especially along the spine. The top part of the spine has a small slit. There is some discoloration around the corners.
The inner sleeve is a brand new, white paper sleeve.
The record itself is in VG condition. Surface noise.
