Harry Pussy / Cock E.S.P. - "Wreck Small Cocks on Expensive Pussies" *Split 8" lathe-cut acetate, edition of 30*

What to say... this is by far the rarest piece of vinyl (acetate, actually) in the legendary Harry Pussy's much sought-after discography. Released on the Freedom From label in 1998 (a posthumous release for HP). Etched into acetate by Peter King of New Zealand - known for his unique, extremely short-run pressings - only 30 of these were made, and instantly sold out. If the three members of Harry Pussy and three members of Cock ESP each received a copy, that puts the actual number of these sold to the public at 24. So, yeah... you're not likely to see this one for sale very often.
"Harry Pussy was a rock band from Miami, active from 1992 to 1997. Featuring Bill Orcutt on guitar and vocals, Adris Hoyos on drums and vocals, briefly Ian Steinberg on accordion, and later either Mark Feehan or Dan Hosker on second guitar, the band recorded primarily for the Siltbreeze label. Harry Pussy was often grouped together with what were termed "noise" bands, though the term hardly does them justice. Orcutt's unique but highly developed approach to the guitar along with Hoyos impassioned attack of her drumkit place the band more directly in a lineage of rock and jazz. The band conveyed values of uncompromising aestheticism and self-reliance as an alternative to the passive consumerism offered by mainstream 'alternative' rock of the era. Their ecstatic celebrations of life were often violent and sexually charged. Their legacy continues to inspire creative self-development among the current dedicated practitioners of rock and roll."

CONDITION Acetate is in NM condition, only played a couple times. I would rate the cover as VG, as the back cover has some creasing and wrinkling in the top right corner (see picture). This is how it was when I received it, though; I treat my records like babies.
