Description

This is the original RVG-etched deep-groove pressing of "Tenor Conclave" on the West 50th St. labels of Prestige 7074. The playing surface is in near-new condition, with superficial inaudible patterning that is typical of records stored long-term in their original inner sleeves; perhaps played once. The laminated West 50th St. cover is bright and clean throughout: ¼" wear to the lower right corner; 2" split to the center of the top seam. Personnel includes John Coltrane, Al Cohn, Zoot Sims, Red Garland, and Art Taylor.
