Description

******************  HANK MOBLEY "MONDAY NIGHT AT BIRDLAND" LP - On ROULETTE Records, R-52015.  Rare '58 vintage MONO 12" LP with the 1st press white label with multi-color design.  The label is DEEP GROOVE on both sides.  Thick vinyl, thick cardboard cover.  The personnel:  Lee Morgan/trumpet; Hank Mobley/tenor sax; Billy Root/tenor sax; Curtis Fuller/trombone; Ray Bryant/piano; Tommy Bryant/bass; "Specs" Wright/drums.  The vinyl is in NM condition (beautiful sheen) with clean labels.  The thick cardboard cover is in excellent, displays nicely with only slight storage wear.  NO seam splits, NO writing or cut-out marks of any kind.  The front cover graphics are particularly striking.  The songs are:  Walkin'; All The Things You Are; Bag's Groove; There Will Never Be Another You.
