Description
Blue Note Records BLP 1560 - Hank Mobley Sextet - Hank LP released in 1957. The condition of the record is excellent, VG+.There are a few scuffs, nothing audible, plays near mint. The labels are clean; the address on the label is 47 West 63rd NYC. Recorded by Rudy Van Gelder, RVG is stamped in the dead wax on both sides; the ear is etched in the dead wax on both sides. This is a deep groove pressing (see label scans). The cover is VG+, there is a name written on the back; the laminate on the front cover shows some peeling on the leading (open) edge (see scan of front cover). there is a crack in the laminate in the middle of the bottom seam. All other seams and spine are intact. Includes custom Blue Note paper inner sleeve. Personnel is H.M., tenor sax; Donald Byrd, trumpet; John Jenkins, alto sax; Bobby Timmons, piano; Wibur Ware, bass; Philly Joe Jones, drums.
