Description

Vintage vinyl record from an elderly couple's  personal collection. Some that will be offered are nearly 60 years old and none have had a needle on them for in excess of 25 years. Long term stored in an indoor closet. The couple keep an immaculate house and the covers seem to reflect that and be clean. Most of the records have smudges and fine scratches on them.  At this point we have no way to test them but as a rule they do not keep broken/bad things.   In no way do I fancy myself a record appraiser, nor would I want to mislead anyone so I do not plan to be grading any of these albums. I will do my best to look for defects and mention below. Images look like they may not be as clean as I'd like due to glare. If you want more images of an item please message me and if possible narrow down your areas of concern to help me take a more detailed image.  Shipping will be via Media Mail in a Premium 200 lb corrugated material LP mailer box. A maximum of 7 albums will go into one of the special purpose boxes with uninsured shipping about $5. Hopefully you can find enough that you like to fill a box and take advantage of the reduced shipping cost over that of individual shipment. Obviously I will be pleased to combine freight from multiple of these auctions. Hurst takes you to the '64 Nationals. High Performance Recordings. I see dust, smudges and quite a number of scratches. Some are fairly good size. The inner sleeve has been folded and has darkened. Has a couple spots on the Don Garlits side. Cover is good but  shows wear/scuffing and has darkened. Hopefully this is visible in the images.
