Description

Analogue vinyl: H.P. Lovecraft's 2nd album from 1968; a true psychedelic masterpiece in archive quality NM condition (vinyl and cover). This is the 1st U.S. pressing rarely seen in this condition. The band were inspired by the writer of horror stories, H.P. Lovecraft, both in choice of name for the band and in the choice of two of their songs: "The white ship" (from their 1st album) and "At the mountains of madness" included on this 2nd album. John Peel used to play "The white ship" on his Perfumed Garden radio show. For what it's worth I have not seen a better copy of this album since 1968.
