Title:  Hot Blood - Dracula And Co

Original french pressing from 1977 on CARRERE,67 165.Recorded between 1975 and 1977,cosmic-disoc-funk coming right out of Munich,wich was Germany’s capital of disco at that time.

Top-players on this one: Max Greger jr./keyboards,Keith Forsey/drums & percussion,G.Unwin/bass,Stefan Klinkhammer/Fender Rhodes&Melodica,Franco Mladen/fender rhodes & synths,Pepe Solera/sax&flute,R.Risavy/flute,The Munich Philarmonic Orchestra,Penny Duke(=probably Penny McLean of “Silver Convention”)/horror screams.

Obscure instrumentals with some vocals repeating the title of the tracks:sexy high female choirs and a deep spooky Bela-Lugosi-like male-voice,mad screams & background-horror-gimmicks.The outstanding track is “Soul Dracula”,but there are 2 more fast and 1 downtempo disco-funk-tracks,there are only 2 slower tracks.

Condition:the record looks and plays in mint-.The fully laminated cover shows a little agewear,it has intact seams/spine with slightest rub,the lamination has started to pop up a bit in some parts of the edges & opening,overall ex--.

Grading:this used record has been cleaned on a prof. cleaning machine.After that I playgraded it on a Rega Planar 9 with a Rega Super Elys moving magnet system and I also visually graded the record under a strong light.I give you a detailed description of both gradings.Only an unplayed record is mint,the highest grading for a used record is mint-! My basic gradings are:mint-ex-vg.As a free service,cleaned records are stored in a brandnew deluxe innersleeve and the cover will be placed in a brandnew PVC protection-sleeve!
