released 1956 // 1st pressing // not a reissue
Blue Note Records / BLP 1518 mono blue & white label reads: "767 Lexington Ave, NYC" "Van Gelder" printed in deadwax "ear" imprinted in deadwax

cover in fair shape (no writing or tape on cover)
strong seams except there is definite water damage to bottom corner
(LP probably stored in damp basement for a period of time)
yellowing & light staining on back cover

classic VG condition: vinyl far from perfect -- many scuffs & light marks on both sides of vinyl
VINYL plays with LOW LEVEL surface noise (i.e, some static, crackle). Mostly subsumed by the music. I think the vinyl plays well.
