On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Hollies called 'Butterfly' and is a 1967 MONO UK 1st pressing on the 1st Press Yellow & Black Parlophone label!!!! THIS LP IS IMPOSSIBLY RARE IN THIS CONDITION - AND VERY SOUGHT AFTER IN MONO!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS IS ONE OF THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE MONO 1ST PRESSINGS WITH 1/R 1/R MOTHER AND STAMPER CODES!!!! BUT NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN AMAZING CONDITION!!!! IT CLEARLY HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL AND BOTH THE COVER AND RECORD ARE IN STUNNING CONDITION!!!! THIS IS THE 1967 MONO 1ST PRESSING WITH A 1ST PRESS YELLOW/BLACK PARLOPHONE LABEL, 'SOLD IN THE UK' TEXT, 1/R 1/R MOTHER AND STAMPER CODES, A 'KT' TAX CODE, A 1ST PRESS FLIPBACK 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' PATENTS PENDING LAMINATED COVER, AND A 1ST PRESS BLACK 'EMI ADVERTISING' INNER SLEEVE!!!! IT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND A MONO 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP IN THIS CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is an ORIGINAL Parlophone 1967 MONO UK 1st pressing and is in STUNNING condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is PMC 7039 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Yellow & Black Parlophone Label (see picture) and is a UK 1967 MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Hollies at their best!!!! Any fan of The Hollies, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, 2 or 3 of the VERY lightest NON sounding scufflines (only visible under EXTREME light) and only a VERY few of the VERY lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and NO crackle!!!! There is NO groovewear either and NO distortion. The record must grade FULL Excellent if not Excellent+!!!! STUNNING RECORD!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'patents applied for' Black EMI Advertising 1st Press inner sleeve!!!! The 1st Press Flipack Cover is in AWESOME condition and is EASILY the best I have EVER seen!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear, NO ringwear, SUPERB shiny laminate, barely ANY creases AT ALL (cover is AMAZINGLY Flat looking) and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is PERFECTLY straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in AWESOME condition with NO grubbyness, NO writing, NO wear and NO yellowing!!!! The cover must grade Excellent++ if not better!!!! AWESOME COVER!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY RARE IN MONO - AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE IN THIS CONDITION!!!! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS EXTREMELY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
