Studio Ghibli is an animation studio in Japan that has put out some of the genre's greatest movies. It also releases the soundtracks which are just as exceptional on vinyl, as is the case here with another classic from the one and only composer Joe Hisaishi, who is behind most of them. Castle In The Sky was released in 1986 and tells the story of an airship carrying orphaned girl Sheeta that is attacked by a gang who seeks Sheeta's necklace. The drama and emotion of the movie were perfectly captured by this glorious soundtrack which is a perfectly fitting one for what many Japanese people have voted as one of the best-ever anime films.
