About Springhill Hospice
The Hospice is very much embedded in the community and receives huge support from the people of Rochdale and surrounding areas. We also attract hundreds of volunteers who help and support our patients in all areas of the Hospice, its charity shops and fundraising generally.
The cost of running the Hospice is now more than £3,258,846 per year which equates to over £8,928 per day. Whilst some income comes from NHS contracts and grants, 70% of our running costs need to come from fundraising within the local community. Your eBay purchase has contributed greatly to providing our patient services.
Payment Information

Please contact us prior to payment if you wish to collect your item in person. Please note collection should be done within 7 days of auction end. All collection items are located at the Springhill emporium Rochdale. Please note under NO circumstances will any items be sold other than through the eBay process.
Shipping Information
Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it two-three working days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 2nd Class).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement. Please note due to the nature of goods being preowned it may not always be possible to offer a replacement.
