THE V.I.P.s under the name HENRI AND HIS HOBO AMIGOS

"TONOPAH" b/w "ANYTIME"

rare 1967 GREAT MODDY RHYTHM AND BLUES 45! pressing 7"

Top blues soul written by the band (as'J. Norwell') and it's a offshoot pseudonym for this great group, who went on to record as ART and then SPOOKY TOOTH. Strangely there were TWO VERSIONS of this very record - same tracks & catalogue number, but a different band-name! A mystery.   This is obscure and very hard to find now as a UK original issue. - it sold... nothing!   It's in STELLAR playing condition too..
Another slice of bluesy soul.
