You are bidding on an original U.S. pressed, four track, stereo, first press, black vinyl EP by the artists Hellhammer titled ?Apocalyptic Raids? on the Metal Blade/Enigma Records label from 1984. Item number MBR 1028. Item number E-1106.

This item is in very nice, clean, VG+  condition (see photos). This is from my personal collection. I bought this as a used record sometime in the late 1980s. This item has been safely stored in a cool, dry, dark environment for probably 20-25 years. Maybe even longer.

The vinyl I would grade as strong VG+ to NM- as it is bright, shiny, and lustrous in appearance. Both center labels are clean and free of heavy spindle marks. The center label on Side One has some light spindle marks I can only see under an incandescent light source. I play tested this record and it played beautifully. Very clear, solid playback with no pops, skips or surface noise at any point.

The original clear plastic inner sleeve has light to moderate wrinkling over the entire surface of both sides. This does not affect the record in any way.

The outer sleeve I would grade between VG and VG+. It is fully intact with no seam splitting, tears or damage. There is sticker residue in the upper right hand corner of the front cover (see photos). There is a light corner bend in the lower right hand corner and one that is approximately three inches in length right above the ?ammer? of the band logo (see photos). There is moderate edge wear on the head (top) and moderate to heavy edge wear on the foot (bottom).

The spine is fully intact and all printing is fully legible although there are very small spots of moderate edge wear. The lower left hand corner has a spot of heavy edge wear (see photos). The lower right hand corner has a small corner ding and spots of heavy edge wear (see photos).

The original single sided insert is also fully intact, but had an approximately three inch tear near the lower right hand corner (see photos). I repaired this area with professional, acid-free, archival grade paper tape to ensure the tear didn?t progress. I adhered this to the back side so it did not interfere with the text on the front (see photos). There is some very mild wrinkling and bending from long-term storage (on my part) and use by the previous owner (definitely on their part).

This is definitely a very early U.S. pressing of this album. Even though it is almost 34 years old, it is in remarkably good condition. This underground classic is now ready for a new, loving home in the vinyl collection of the most diehard metalhead.

All packages shipped within the U.S. receive a tracking number from the U.S.P.S. so the recipient can track their packages. Foreign packages can have insurance or registered shipping added to their shipping total. However, according to U.S.P.S. personnel, registered packages are only trackable within the United States. Once the package has left the U.S., you cannot track the package. All international packages will be properly and securely packed to ensure safe delivery.
