Description

I have reached retirement age and it's time to sell some of the records.
One of the rarest French Motown compilation LP's.
Issued on Columbia before Tamla Motown had their own label.
As featured on the front cover in the book Tamla Motown Worldwide Original LP Releases.
One of the amazing things about this LP is that EVERY track has the FULL recording details printed on the cover.
For example:- The Supremes - Diana Ross, Mary Wilson, Florence Ballard (vocal) ; Andrew "Mike" Terry (baritone sax) ; Jack Ashford (vibes) ; Earl Van Dyke (piano) ; Robert White, Eddie Willis (guitar) James Jamerson (bass) ; Richard Allen (drums). Detroit - 8th April 1964 - WHERE DID OUR LOVE GO
I don't know of any other Motown LP that has the full recording details!

1964 first issue
French Columbia FPX 292
The vinyl is EX+. Bright and shiny with a couple of light non sounding marks.
The sleeve is EX- Very clean with light crease bottom right and small central top seam split.
Overall a very nice, well cared for example of an exceptionally rare record.
All LP's are sent in 12" mailers reinforced with extra card. All records are taken out of their sleeves to ensure no seam splits in transit.
Please see the photographs for cover etc. They are all part of the description!
I will combine items to reduce overall postage. If you have ANY problems with combining postage then PLEASE contact me!
