1ST LP ULTRA RARE UK 1970 PROMO TEST PRESSING

**ORIGINAL ULTRA RARE 1970 STEREO UK LIBERTY PROMO TEST PRESSING LP (LBS 83348)**

I would say this must rank as the rarest UK Hawkwind LP on the open market today and even one of the rarest psych / Prog LPs on E bay at the moment!!!!! This is a mega rare white label A//A B//1 matrix test pressing made before the blue labels making this the very 1st pressing of the very 1st Hawkwind LP!!!! and it is also in very nice condition. I believe this is the 1st one ever to be sold on E bay and know of NO one who has ever seen another , a very very rare record, I think it IS safe to say if you lose this you may never see another. The blue label version of this LP is rare but this is mega.

The Record

The LP is ultra clean and has not been played very much. I will grade the LP as a strict top Near Excellent with just a little very light surface wear under direct very strong light. my grading is very strict most would have put EX on this ,there are NO deep marks and the gloss of the vinyl is superb. The disc plays superb on both sides. This would be a very nice example of a standard blue issue as this LP is normally trashed as a 1st pressing ,this disc is in really nice shape and even more so for a rare promo.

We use the UK grading system E.G. /VG / EX / MINT. We also use + and - if there are slight differences between the grades.

**All Records are sent out in plastic covers with the record placed out of the front cover to prevent the cover from getting knifed. All records are sent out in strong mailers with added protection to make sure that they reach you in the condition that they leave here in.**

**For each record or item sent out I will fill out a separate Proof of Postage slip that is date stamped with the address of the destination of the parcel. Insurance will cost extra and is highly recommended, I will not be responsible if this is not taken for items lost in the post.**

**Please note if you cannot make payment within 20 days of auction ending please do not bid as the number of non paying bidders seems to be on the increase. If   there are any problems with sending payment i.e- you on holiday please let me know. I will provide my best service at all times. ** Please read this- If you have been buying from some dealers on ebay who continue to sell records that have been altered or have stickers placed over writing or to hide damage or in a much lesser condition than stated. I would rather sell the record in it's original state rather than cut out pieces of paper to hide the truth. I am also against skimming, steaming and other dirty tricks. I will playgrade all records and do all grading under a 100 watt light bulb which shows the truth.
