This record has been played just once, and the disc, sleeve, and booklet are all in mint condition.

One of the rarest UK underground progressive albums, self-issued in 1977 by university-based band Havenstreet. Has an acid folk feel at times, but this is primarily an early 70s-sounding progressive rock set by a band who were clearly influenced by Peter Hammill/Van der Graaf Generator, early Caravan and the Canterbury Scene in general. Featuring literate lyrics and a thoughtful, melodic approach, the album includes a genuinely moving tribute to Syd Barrett called ‘When The Madcap Meets The World’ (“He locked himself in a washing machine and the soap suds started to churn/The crowd roared and stamped its feet and waited for another turn”).
OK, I've just removed it from the poly sleeve it lives in and noticed a few brownish age marks on the sleeve, but that's all.
Very homemade package with a typed front and back sleeve as well as a glossy eight page booklet of lyrics, photos and band history. Incredibly rare, with only a handful of copies known to exist, and absolutely everything about this copy – record, labels, sleeve, booklet - is in amazing, unplayed, PERFECT condition!
