Visual grading of disc: Mint Minus
(A couple three small light marks on side 2 - they're not audible. Both sides will play near mint)
Condition of sleeve: Shelf wear is light - looks great. Barely visible ring wear.
Bottom right corner is dinged. Includes inner sleeve with lyrics as shown in photo #3.
Inner sleeve has a large split on one side and a small split on the other side and on the bottom.
Also includes promo only mini bio sheet shown in photo #4. 1st pressing gold promo stamp on back.

Near Mint: Our highest grade for an opened vinyl. Record will be close to perfect in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or some paper scuffs on play area but no audible distractions. It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed').
Mint minus: A scuff or two or a very light mark or two on either or both sides that may possibly be heard.
VG++: One step down. A few faint marks or paper scuffs that may be audible. May show some signs of use.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will more than likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play through.
