Tracks are Fit for a Hanker, Hi Groove - Low Feed-back, Easy to Love, Time After Time, Dance of the Infidels.
Cover condition: VG, minor scuffing on cover. Minor marks. Nice gloss to front cover. The back (see photos) has a piece of yellow tape on the upper left corner that we are not going to remove ourselves. There is a pencil price on the back cover of "4.98" under the words High Fidelity. Minor water markings, wear from age. Considering it's age and rarity, VG is conservative.
Vinyl condition: VG-, glossy vinyl, a minor mark on the song "Easy to Love" is in the photos. Plays through, no problem and sounds good! Not a lot of surface noise. As a RVG recording this sounds bright, crisp and clean in 2016. VG- is a conservative grade.
Sleeve condition: G-, It's a plain white sleeve. It is creased, and the seams are split. We did not replace it. We are leaving that to the next owner. 
We listened to this on a Stanton turntable and it popped twice on one side, and played like glass on the side with the mark (photographed). If you have a deep cleaner for records this record could be way underpriced. Thank you!
There is the "old record smell" that comes with this. NO SPLIT SEAMS! It's pretty! If you are framing a copy, you found it. Listening copy? You found it! Rare record, you found it!
