Description
This is an overall fine original U.K. pressing copy of the third 12" by long-running British indie group Half Man Half Biscuit, a four-song EP released in 1986. Similar in spirit if not necessarily in sound to the early Marc Riley and the Creepers records, the group's music features slightly ragged rock and pop songs with a satirical and/or just plain bent sensibility. The music here rocks harder overall than on their prior releases. The jacket's main flaw (hard to capture in a photo because of the jacket's black color) is some substantial creasing in the same corner on both the front and back covers. It also has lighter creasing along spine and seams, and light corner, spine, and seam wear. Overall VG++. The disc, by contrast, is clean, and plays with minimal surface noise -- a strong M-.
I am in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) all discs except where otherwise noted.
