Artist: HAL MCKUSICK QUINTET
Title: TRIPLE EXPOSURE
Label / Cat#: PRESTIGE / 7135 (ORIGINAL Deep Groove PRESSING w/446 W. 50th ST., N.Y.C. address /RVG stampers)
VINYL: Looks VERY GOOD MINUS but plays better. Music plays through strong & loud with some audible pop & crackle, the loudest being at the very beginning first minute or so of both sides first tracks. Still a very enjoyable playing record. Please do have a listen to the excerpts below & note that the first sample is the loudest pop & crackle at the very beginning of side A. The vinyl is still quite shiny with a fair handful of visible marks/scratches/scuffs but none that are extremely deep. The labels look nice with a bit of the red discoloring that is extremely common of the original Prestige pressings, otherwise no notable wear or writing.
COVER: VERY GOOD The cover looks nice overall with some shelf & edge wear as well as a few stampings from the label (red "RW" & "JAZZ" stamps as well as few black star stampings) & a small paper tear in the upper left hand corner of the back cover. Nothing horrible at all really, looks quite nice in my opinion. Please check out the pictures so that you can judge for yourself.
This auction is for "TRIPLE EXPOSURE" by HAL McKUSICK, an original PRESTIGE PRLP 7135 pressing. Extremely difficult jazz record to find as an original pressing.
