RARE Strictly Official Japan Original LP with Foldout Japanese Linernotes Lyrics Sheet .

In Japan Issue, This Sleeve Design Was Original One (Warner Pioneer Didn't Use "Banned" Design on This Tile ).

This Is Sample Copy, So Japanese Word "Sample" and Release Date "25 Sep." are Printed on Both Labels, Small "Numbered" Sample Sticker is on Back Sleeve.

Disc is VG Plus (Play Area Looks EX Minus, But Labels Have Many Spindle Marks), Sleeve is EX Minus-VG Plus(No Bottom Split, It Has Many Creases on Edge Part), OBI is VG Plus-VG (It Has Three Tears and Fold Spots on Front Part).

The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
